Eat parsley

The liver plays a really important role in balancing hormone levels in the body and parsley can help remove harmful toxins and things that disrupt our hormonal balance. 

You can add fresh parsley to soups, stews and casseroles. I love to whizz some up in my breakfast smoothie. 

It also freshens your breath and makes your blood more alkaline which is a big tick ✅  for better health and fertility.
