Water – Eau so good for you!

Are you drinking enough lovely, filtered water every day?

In my experience, most of us are not and we’re dehydrated which makes us:

  • tired
  • wrinkly
  • constipated
  • lacking energy
  • holding onto excess weight
  • brain fogged
  • more likely to turn to stimulants
  • less likely to exercise
  • less fertile

We need to drink a whole one of these bottles every day. 💦💦  (Maybe even more if it’s hot and/or you’re exercising).

My top tip is to have a 1-2L jug that you keep on the sideboard, fill it up in the morning and make sure it’s gone by evening.

Or get yourself one of these motivational bottles which you can easily carry about with you if you don’t spend all day WFH. 👍

PS Make sure you drink it at room temperature – cold water/ice will dampen your digestive fire which means your body is working harder to process food = less energy to give to your reproductive system if you’re TTC.

How much do you drink each day?
