How can you help me boost my fertility when it’s all done online

How can you help me boost my fertility when it’s all done online? Don’t you need to stick needles in me or something?

Here’s the thing – so much of what we work on is actually nothing to do with how many healthy eggs you have, whether you’re religiously charting your BBT or if you’ve remembered to take all your supplements.

Don’t get me wrong, these are things we DO work on but they are the surface layer.

When you sign up to my ‘Balance Your Cycle, Boost Your Fertility’ programme, you’re agreeing to take a long, hard holistic look at your whole life and way of being in the world.

In my experience, there’ll be some things – behaviours, habits and beliefs – maybe quite a few, that really aren’t serving you or getting you closer to your dream of becoming a mama.

At worst, some of them may even be moving you further away.

I’m talking about things like:

• built up anger and resentment
• the stress of your job and/or home life that keeps you permanently playing catch up.
• the people pleasing that means you struggle to say no and take on more than you can manage
• the perfectionism that keeps you stuck instead of moving forwards because you’re so scared of getting it wrong
• the communication problems that are undermining your closest relationships
• the shame and guilt of self-sabotage and not being the best version of yourself you can be.

So if you’re ready to look at your body and your life with fresh eyes, drop me a PM and I can explain more about my programme.

Together we’ll identify all the parts that are out of balance and I’ll show you how to fix them without having to give up your whole way of life or who you are.

And then you’ll know you’ve given it 100% towards conceiving and sustaining a healthy pregnancy.
