Slow down when you eat to boost your fertility

Slow down and relax when you eat. 🥣

Give gratitude for your food and really let yourself enjoy each meal. 🙏

I know it’s so simple, but I can’t emphasize it enough. When your digestive system is relaxed you actually get more nutrition out of the food that you’re eating. 
But when you’re stressed, your body is in ‘fight or flight’ mode rather than ‘rest and digest’, so you’re not going to absorb the nutrients very effectively. 

And the consequences include problems such as: 

😕 Dry skin
😕 A uterine lining that’s not very well nourished and maybe not thick enough to support successful implantation
😕 Periods that aren’t very healthy
😕 Eggs that aren’t very healthy. 

So let’s not do that. 

Let’s practice slowing down when we eat instead. It’s really important and in fact, good for everyone whether you’re TTC or not. 🤲
